Stop repeating the pattern.

1:1 and group somatic + nervous system work for women ready to experience secure, connected relationships

Is This Right for You?

You don’t need prior breathwork experience.
You don’t need to know what your patterns are or have it all figured out before you come for a session.
You only need a willingness to breathe.

What to Expect

From the moment you arrive, you are met with attunement, care, and deep respect for your nervous system.

It’s normal to feel unsure or nervous before starting deep work, but you are never asked to go beyond what feels safe. You are never rushed. You are never pushed into release.

Your body sets the pace. Your breath leads the way.

The Breathwork Journey

We begin with a brief conversation of what’s showing up for you that day, set an intention, then I guide you into breathwork that activates the body’s natural healing intelligence opening space for deep healing.

As your breath deepens, your nervous system begins to unwind. Stored tension, emotion, and stress may surface and release in whatever way your body needs. This can include:

  • Emotional release such as sadness, anger, laughter, shame, joy, relief - anything on the human spectrum of emotion

  • Physical sensations such as warmth, tingling, shaking, tremoring or deep relaxation

  • A sense of clarity, openness, or peace

  • A feeling of deep connection to yourself

There is no right experience. There is only your experience.

Your body knows exactly what it is ready to let go of.

Somatic Integration

Throughout the session, I offer gentle somatic guidance to help your system feel supported and integrated. This may include energy work or grounding touch with consent, guided awareness, or nervous system regulation practices.

We allow your body to fully process what is moving through you so that the release becomes embodied.

After the Session

You may leave feeling:

  • Lighter in your body

  • Calmer in your nervous system

  • More connected to your emotions

  • More grounded and present

  • More open and at ease in your heart

Your body continues to integrate the work in the days or weeks that follow and sometimes that can involve resistance or big shifts. All of it is perfect.

A Note on Safety & Trauma-Informed Care

Your safety is the foundation of this work.

I am trained in trauma-informed breathwork and nervous system regulation. This means we move slowly, with consent, and with deep respect for your body’s signals.

You are always in control of your experience. You can pause or adjust at any time. Your boundaries are honored completely.

This work isn’t for you if:

  • you’re looking for a quick fix

  • you’re not open to exploring your internal landscape

  • you want mindset-based practices or talk therapy

Session Details

This work isn’t about fixing you. It’s a return to who you were before the pattern got created.

Note: It takes time, patience, and consistency for your nervous system to learn safety and to repattern your way of being. Are you committed to this healing as a pathway to deeper connection - to tend to your body, to continue breathwork and body-led practices allowing deep healing to unfold? As a guideline, the breathwork sessions are generally spaced 2–3 weeks apart to allow your body and nervous system time to integrate. This isn’t rigid — it’s simply a helpful framework for your journey.

  • Yes.

Traditional meditation often quiets the mind through stillness and observation. Breathwork uses the breath as an active tool to shift energy, release stored tension, and reconnect with the body.

Many people experience breathwork as a more tangible and embodied path into presence.

  • This is your space to listen to your body.

Most people choose to lie down or sit comfortably. You are welcome to shift positions throughout the session if your body asks for it. Some people move to their side, sit on their heels, or come onto all fours.

What matters most is listening to what feels safe and supportive for you.

  • Yes, sometimes.

Involuntary muscle contraction, known as tetany, can occur during breathwork. It most often shows up in the hands, but may also appear in the feet or jaw.

This can happen with rapid breathing patterns and is not harmful. If you experience frequent tetany, it may indicate an electrolyte imbalance and you may wish to consult your healthcare provider.

  • You do not need to try harder.

Letting go happens when the body feels safe. Your only job is to breathe and be present. I hold the space.

  • For in-person sessions:
Wear comfortable clothing. Bring water and a journal. You may also want a small grounding snack for afterward.

    For virtual sessions:
Choose a quiet, private space where you can lie down on the floor comfortably. Have a blanket, pillow, and water nearby. Secure pets so you are not disturbed. Headphones are essential. You will need a stable internet connection and a camera.

  • Most women feel lighter, calmer, and more connected.

Some feel deeply relaxed. Some feel energized. Some feel quietly peaceful.

Your body will continue integrating the work in the days that follow.

  • Sessions are non-refundable. I understand that life unfolds in unexpected ways and you may reschedule your session if needed.
