See What’s Possible
This style of breathwork not only works with your physical body but also your inner narratives, emotional imprints, and energetic field. It honors the space between what was and what could be. Together we create space that invites the inherent intelligence of your being to move, shift and restore, returning you to a place of remembrance & initiating new ways of being.
Breathwork & Somatic Healing
Beneath the stories your mind carries lies a deeper intelligence—your body’s. In our trauma-informed Breathwork & Somatic Healing sessions, you are invited to access this inner wisdom through conscious breath, sound, and movement.
Your nervous system is the internal landscape that shapes how you experience life. Over time, unprocessed stress and unresolved trauma can create patterns of protection that keep you feeling stuck, disconnected, or on edge. Somatic Breathwork helps bring the system back into regulation, allowing the emotional body to soften so your authentic self can come forward.
This is not about forcing change or overthinking. Healing happens when the body is allowed to feel, release, and integrate what has been stored—stress, tension, and old patterns—within a safe and supportive space.
Why Somatic Breathwork?
Breath is the bridge. It accesses healing that the mind alone cannot reach. When paired with somatic awareness and intuitive movement, the body becomes the guide—and you increase your capacity to feel, release, and return to yourself.
Benefits You May Experience
Nervous system reset—shift from tension and overwhelm into calm, presence, and ease
Emotional release—let go of stored stress, trauma, or old stories
Embodied freedom—reconnect with your body and its natural intelligence
Inner clarity and alignment—feel more centered, present, and connected to your essence
Integration and wholeness—physical, emotional, and spiritual balance
Each session is unique, guided by your body’s needs, helping you reclaim safety, trust, and the freedom to fully be you. When you tend to the parts of yourself still running on old patterns of protection, you create space for new possibilities, deeper connection, and greater ease to emerge.
What to Expect
This is the body’s way of remembering its innate capacity to heal, and it may naturally express itself through sound or intuitive movement, allowing emotions, tension, and energy to surface. As you breathe, you clear the energetic blockages and protective layers that once kept you safe but now limit your expansion — making space for grounded clarity, inner peace, and deeper connection in how you move through the world. Your experience may feel cathartic or more internal - there’s no right or wrong way to move through it. Your body knows the way to heal in the moment, and I hold the space for you to feel fully supported, safe, and free to explore your inner landscape.
Each session is approximately 90 minutes of deeply guided support, in-person or online (coming in 2026). We begin with a brief conversation of what’s showing up for you that day, set an intention, then move into conscious, connected breathwork—a rhythmic, flowing practice that opens space for deep healing. Energy may move through as tears, sound, movement, or stillness — each expression a doorway to spaciousness in the body and mind. We close out the session with restorative breathing - allowing time for integration as well as an integrative talk.
Session Details

Each session unfolds uniquely, meeting you exactly where you are. Breathwork can open the doorway to physical sensations, emotional release, mental clarity, or spiritual insight. Some journeys feel spacious and still, while others move with intensity and release. However your experience arrives, it is honored as part of your body’s natural wisdom. Your only task is to surrender to what wants to come through. Soften, breathe, and allow what wants to be felt.
-
Yes—when practiced in a guided, trauma-informed space, breathwork is safe and deeply supportive. Your body leads the way, and you are always in control of your experience. If anything feels overwhelming, you can return to a slower, natural breath at any time.

Unlike traditional meditation, which often quiets the mind through stillness, breathwork uses the breath as an active tool to shift energy, release stored tension, and connect more deeply with the body. Many people find it creates faster and more tangible results.
-
This is your space to listen to your body so choose what feels most supportive for you in that moment. Lying down and seated are most common; however, throughout the session your body may want to shift positions to lying on your side, sitting on your heels or being on all fours. What’s most important is listening to what your body says is safe and comfortable.
-
Yes. Involuntary muscle cramping or contraction called tetany (teht-knee) is a physical symptoms you may experience but not always. Occurring most often in the hands, it may also present in the feet, jaw, or around the mouth. The most frequent causes are over breathing or rapid breath patterns.
Frequent bouts of tetany may indicate an electrolyte imbalance so you may want to contact your healthcare practitioner.
-
For in-person sessions, wear comfortable clothing, bring water, and a journal. You may want to bring a grounding snack for afterward.
For virtual sessions, find a quiet, private space where you can lie down and feel supported, ideally with a blanket or pillow nearby. Secure pets so you’re undisturbed. Headphones are highly recommended, and you’ll need a stable internet connection as well as a camera.

I don’t offer single sessions — the depth of this work unfolds over time. Healing happens through a series of sessions, gently spaced weeks apart, allowing your body and nervous system to integrate each layer of transformation.
