These sessions are for women who have done the work in their minds and now want the transformation to live in their bodies, nervous systems, and relationships.
This work is for you if:
You feel disconnected from your body or emotions
You carry stress, anxiety, or old trauma in your system
You long to feel safer and more open in relationship
You are ready to soften your defenses and come home to yourself
You do not need prior breathwork experience.
You do not need to know what you are releasing.
You only need a willingness to breathe.
Is This Right for You?
What You’re Stepping Into
Your session is a sacred pause from the world.
It is a space where your body can finally soften, your nervous system can feel safe, and your heart can be met with compassion and presence.
This is not performance. This is not fixing. This is not pushing.
This is a gentle return to yourself.
The Space Created
From the moment you arrive, you are met with attunement, care, and deep respect for your nervous system.
You are never asked to go beyond what feels safe. You are never rushed. You are never pushed into release.
Your body sets the pace. Your breath leads the way.
Each session unfolds organically based on what your body is ready to release and integrate.
The Breathwork Journey
We begin with a brief conversation of what’s showing up for you that day, set an intention, then I guide you into conscious, connected breathwork—a rhythmic, flowing practice that activates the body’s natural healing intelligence opening space for deep healing.
As your breath deepens, your nervous system begins to unwind. Stored tension, emotion, and stress may surface and release in whatever way your body needs. This can include:
Emotional release such as sadness, anger, laughter, shame, joy, relief - anything on the human spectrum of emotion
Physical sensations such as warmth, tingling, shaking, tremoring or deep relaxation
A sense of clarity, openness, or peace
A feeling of deep connection to yourself
There is no right experience. There is only your experience.
Your body knows exactly what it is ready to let go of.
Somatic Integration
Breath opens the door. The body completes the healing.
Throughout the session, I offer gentle somatic guidance to help your system feel supported and integrated. This may include energy work or grounding touch with consent, guided awareness, or nervous system regulation practices.
We allow your body to fully process what is moving through you so that the release becomes embodied.
This is where lasting change happens.
After the Session
Most leave feeling:
Lighter in their body
Calmer in their nervous system
More connected to their emotions
More grounded and present
More open and at ease in their heart
Some feel deeply relaxed. Some feel energized and clear. Some feel quietly peaceful. All of it is perfect.
Your body continues to integrate the work in the days or weeks that follow.
A Note on Safety & Trauma-Informed Care
Your safety is the foundation of this work.
I am trained in trauma-informed breathwork and nervous system regulation. This means we move slowly, with consent, and with deep respect for your body’s signals.
You are always in control of your experience. You can pause or adjust at any time. Your boundaries are honored completely.
This is a space where you get to trust yourself again.
Your Invitation
You deserve a body that feels safe to live in.
You deserve a heart that feels free to open.
You deserve a nervous system that knows how to rest.
If you feel the quiet yes in your body, trust it.
Your breath is ready.
Your healing is ready to unfold.
Session Details
Feel safe. Feel seen. Feel connected from the inside out.
You have already done the work of understanding yourself.
You have read the books.
You have taken the courses.
You have explored your patterns, yet something in your body still feels closed off and protective.
These sessions are for the woman who is ready to move beyond insight alone and into lived, embodied transformation. This is where the nervous system learns safety again. This is where the body releases what it has been holding. This is where presence becomes something you feel, not something you try to practice.
This work is not about fixing you. It is about coming home to yourself.
Note: It takes time, patience, and consistency for your nervous system to learn safety and to repattern your way of being. Are you committed to this healing as a pathway to deeper connection - to tend to your body, to continue breathwork and body-led practices allowing deep healing to unfold? As a guideline, the breathwork sessions are generally spaced 2–3 weeks apart to allow your body and nervous system time to integrate. For the packages focused on relational ease, weeks alternate between the breathwork journey and additional support and mentorship calls. This isn’t rigid — it’s simply a helpful framework for your journey.

Participants often experience:
a deep sense of calm and grounding
emotional release and nervous system settling

Yes.
Traditional meditation often quiets the mind through stillness and observation. Breathwork uses the breath as an active tool to shift energy, release stored tension, and reconnect with the body.
Many people experience breathwork as a more tangible and embodied path into presence.
-
This is your space to listen to your body.
Most people choose to lie down or sit comfortably. You are welcome to shift positions throughout the session if your body asks for it. Some people move to their side, sit on their heels, or come onto all fours.
What matters most is listening to what feels safe and supportive for you.

Involuntary muscle contraction, known as tetany, can occur during breathwork. It most often shows up in the hands, but may also appear in the feet or jaw.
This can happen with rapid breathing patterns and is not harmful. If you experience frequent tetany, it may indicate an electrolyte imbalance and you may wish to consult your healthcare provider.
-
You do not need to try harder.
Letting go happens when the body feels safe. Your only job is to breathe and be present. I hold the space.
