“I have done breathwork sessions before and was delighted to have the opportunity to work with Kasen. I know firsthand the power breath has for creating healing space and also that every experience is different!
I came in to the session with anticipation but i was going through some very difficult personal life hardships and was not sure that i would be able to connect to the breath fully as i sometimes have difficulty finding the flow. However, under Kasen’s gentle but authoritative guiding voice I found myself able to stay in the rhythm of the breath much more than I had thought I could.
I have experienced tetany before in hands & face & I did experience it this time as well but it was more gentle & mostly I felt energy in my body. I think my favorite part of the session, was the hands on somatic release assistance. I have not had anything quite like that in other breathwork sessions and I believe it was a powerful aid in my experience. I was able to release grief I think my body had forgotten how to let go of. This allowed an energetic block to release as well and I felt energy travel down to my feet which I have not experienced before during breathwork. Afterward, I felt great peace and well being from the emotional expression and energetic weight off my heart & body.
I found over the following days that this experience stayed with me physically and that during moments of stress I found myself coming back my breath and at least noticing it intentionally. I really appreciate Kasen’s aftercare, from sitting & talking about the experience afterward to sending follow up resources as well. Her presence during the whole facilitation was gentle & comforting and her knowledgeability and questions beforehand set my mind into ease & trust. The connection & guidance during was beautiful & loving. I really think for anyone seeking to be able to find stillness, clarity, emotional release & healing, energetic unblocking or amplification of physical & mental wellness in anyway that this type of breathwork practice will be GREATLY beneficial.”

“I went into my session with Kasen feeling a bit foggy and tired. Kasen made me feel calm and at ease before the session even began. The ambiance was wonderful—she provided a clean and thoughtful space for me with blankets, padding, and a yoga mat. I especially liked her selection of music which was a unique blend of new age and meditative sounds. I could tell it was intentionally-crafted for the session and reflected her personality too which made me feel more connected to the space.
My favorite part about the session was how intuitive she was with her expression and touch. She made an effort to breathe along with me a few times to ensure I was getting the pace correctly, and she would place a hand on areas of my body to aid in healing. It felt like I had someone really caring for me, and she seemed to know what I needed at that moment without having to say it out loud. Her soothing voice and calming demeanor made the session so enjoyable...I actually felt held and supported in a way that I couldn’t achieve in a group breathwork setting.
I practice breathwork regularly, but the intentionality of this session was clear to me when I noticed different sensations in my body. I had tingling, the urge to move my head and torso, immense heart-opening, and even stark imagery that I hadn’t necessarily seen before. Another one of my favorite parts was when she asked me to connect to my higher self and I felt a deep awareness in my third eye and a presence that made me feel like I was not alone. I wiped tears from my eyes when I sat up at the end.
The session was very deep and emotive, so I knew that I would be feeling the results a day or two afterwards. I had some fairly intense images in my mind as I tried to go to bed that night which was likely subconscious clearing. I knew this was temporary, so I took it easy the next day or two afterwards, and it seemed to subside about 48 hours later.
I personally loved the intensity of the session mixed with her gentle spirit and emotive nature. I could absolutely see her having clients regularly who struggle with past trauma or trapped emotions as she is a safe and healing refuge for all. It’s a mixture of her spirit, her training, and her sensitivity that made the session incredibly impactful. I look forward to working with her again!”
