The pattern lives in the body. That’s where we go.
1:1 somatic breathwork for women ready to stop repeating and start responding differently in their relationships and in themselves.
Is this right for you?
You don't need to have done breathwork before. You don't need to know what your patterns are or have them figured out. You don't need to be in crisis.
You only need to be the woman who knows something isn't working and is willing to go beneath the surface to find out what.
Why talking about it isn’t always enough
You've probably already talked about it. You may have named the wound, traced it to its origin, understood exactly why you do what you do.
And then you did it again.
That's not failure. That's anatomy. The patterns that show up in your relationships — the going quiet, the overgiving, the shutting down, the bracing — were laid down in your body before you had language for them. Insight reaches the mind. This work reaches the place the insight can't.
Somatic breathwork activates your body's own capacity to release what's been stored. Not through force but through breath, presence, and the experience of feeling genuinely safe - maybe for the first time in a long time.
When your body learns safety, your responses change. Not because you decided they would but because there was finally room.
What to expect when we work together
We begin with a brief conversation. What's alive for you that day? What are you carrying? What do you want to move? Then we set an intention, and I guide you into the breathwork.
As your breath deepens, your nervous system begins to unwind. What's been held — tension, grief, old decisions made in the body — begins to surface and move. This looks different for every woman. It might be tears, warmth, shaking, stillness, an image or the specific sensation of something letting go.
There is no right experience. There is only yours.
Throughout the session I offer gentle somatic support, grounding touch with your consent, guided awareness, presence. You are never pushed. You are never rushed. Your body sets the pace.
After we close the session, you integrate. You sit with what moved. I send follow-up resources to support the days ahead because the work continues after you leave.
What shifts
You feel lighter in the body like something you’d been carrying had finally been set down.
You say what you mean without rehearsing it first or bracing for how it will land.
You let your partner step up instead of quietly managing everything themselves.
You trust your own knowing — the full-body yes and no — without second-guessing it.
You feel open in moments that used to make you shut down.
You cry in a good way. Breathe in a new way. Stay present in a way you’d almost forgotten.
Ways to work together
Sessions are available virtually or in person in N. Phoenix/Scottsdale. There is equal power in both — your nervous system responds to attunement and presence, not location. Not sure which is right for you? The discovery call is for exactly that.
-
Three 75-minute somatic breathwork sessions, spaced to honor your body's integration process. Post-session check-in between each session to support what's moving. Anticipated duration: 6–9 weeks.
-
Five 75-minute somatic breathwork sessions with post-session integration check-ins throughout. Anticipated duration: 10–15 weeks.
For the woman who is ready to go further. Five sessions allows the work to unfold in layers — each one building on the last, reaching what the previous session made room for.
A note on safety & how I work
Your safety is not a feature of this work. It is the foundation of it.
I am trained in trauma-informed breathwork and nervous system regulation. We move slowly, with consent, and with deep respect for what your body signals. You are always in control of your experience. You can pause, adjust, or stop at any time.
This is not a space where you perform healing. It's a space where healing happens because you finally feel safe enough to let it.
Certain health conditions may affect eligibility for breathwork. We'll discuss this together on our discovery call. You can also review the full list in the FAQs below.

FAQs
-
Not at all. I guide you every step of the way.
There is no right or wrong way to breathe. Your body already knows what to do.
-
Most women do. Your nervous system has spent years learning to protect you, and stepping into something new naturally brings some activation. We move slowly. You are never pushed. All of it is welcome.
-
Every session is different.
You might experience physical sensations — warmth, tingling, tremoring, deep relaxation. You might feel emotion move through you — grief, laughter, relief, anger. You might receive clarity, or imagery, or simply feel something loosen.
Whatever arrives is your body's own wisdom. There is no wrong experience.
-
Something is always happening, even when it's quiet. Sometimes release looks like stillness. Your body works in its own timing. Trust it.
-
Yes. Many women find they go even deeper from the comfort of their own home. Your body responds to presence and attunement, not location.
-
Wear comfortable clothing. Have water and a journal. You may also want a small grounding snack for afterward.
For virtual sessions:
Choose a quiet, private space where you can lie down on the floor comfortably. Have a blanket and pillow nearby. Secure pets so you are not disturbed. Headphones are essential. You will need a stable internet connection and a camera. -
Sessions are non-refundable. Life unfolds in unexpected ways and rescheduling is available.
